Terrasse Hotel Playa Del Carmen

The comfortable rooms and friendly staff made us feel right at home. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the view. The attached restaurant served excellent meals. we highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was amazing - always helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and cozy, and I felt safe throughout my stay. It's conveniently located just outside the main 5th avenue, making it easy to explore the neighborhood. Additionally, they provide access to the Marina beach club, which is great with plenty of sunbeds. You can also easily walk or rent a bike to reach the nearby beautiful beaches. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location were all top-notch.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was superb - just a short walk to the beach and close to the bustling shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue. The rooftop pool was absolutely incredible, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. I loved spending my days lounging by the pool, enjoying the sun and taking in the breathtaking scenery. The rooms were beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and top-notch amenities. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome and ensuring that all my needs were met. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, convenience, and quality service.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Small rooftop pool with nice view. Walking distance to restaurants, but in a quiet area. Free coffee/tea in reception. Reliable air conditioning.

The property was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. the amenities, especially the bike rental option, were amazing. the staff at the front desk were sweet and helpful, always welcoming us back with a smile. the attached cafe was outstanding, offering some of the best food I've ever had. the location, just off the main street, was perfect for a quieter stay.

The price was a bit high, especially for the value received. the noise overnight was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep.
